King Arthur No-Knead Bread
Ingredients
N buns:
- 907 g all-purpose flour
- 680 g water (75.0%)
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1½ tsp instant yeast
N/2 buns:
- 454 g all-purpose flour
- 340 g water (75.0%)
- 1½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp instant yeast
Directions

Combine ingredients until well-incorporated.

Cover and refrigerate for 1-7 days.

When you want to make bread, pull off the amount of dough you want to use (e.g. ¼ to ⅓ of the dough, or about 14-19 oz) and shape it.

Let the dough rest for 1h, and preheat the oven to 450°F while that's happening.

Bake for 25-35 min, until the bread is a deep golden brown.
