Ingredients
- 2 russet potatoes (peeled)
- 3 tbsp butter

- pepper
- red pepper flakes
- paprika
- chili powder
- onion powder

Shred potatoes with a cheese grater.

Rinse the shredded potatoes in cold water until no more starch comes out
(≈2 rinses). -
Dry the potatoes as well as possible with paper towels.

Melt the butter over medium-high heat and fry the potatoes until golden and crispy (≈10 min).
