Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 270 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 165 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 340 g (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Procedure
- Preheat to 375°F
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla.
- Add in the eggs (one at a time), then the flour, then the chocolate chips.
- Form into balls (20-25 g each) and place on a insulated baking sheet.
- Bake 9-11 minutes.
