  1. Melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan on medium heat.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with salt until they start of form peaks.

  3. Gradually add sugar while beating, until whites are shiny and hold med-firm peaks.

  4. Spoon 1/4 of whites over chocolate and stir with whisk until almost smooth. GENTLY fold rest of egg whites into chocolate--being careful not to over-fold.

  5. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh berries and serve.
