Mac and Cheese Bake

Ingredients
4-6 servings:
- 4 cups dried elbow pasta
- 1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb jack cheese, shredded
- 2.5 cups milk
- 1 cup break crumbs, toasted
- 1/4 cup (half stick) butter

Preheat oven to 350F

Cook pasta according to package until al dente. Drain.

Grease a large (9 x 13) casserole dish. Layer 2 cups of pasta and cheese, season with salt and pepper.

Pour in milk until it is visible when the pan is tilted (will need less in a larger pan)

Top with browned bread crumbs. Bake uncovered 45-60 min (longer bake = better set). Allow to cool 5 min before serving.
