Portobello Mushroom Burgers with Garlic Aoli

Ingredients
4 servings:
- 4 portobello mushroom caps
- 2 cups of arugula (or another lettuce type veggie if you don't like arugula)
- 1 large heirloom tomato sliced
- 6 cloves garlic
- 4 ciabatta buns
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup mayo
- salt & pepper (to your taste)

Preheat a grill to 375F and lightly oil

Mince 4 of the garlic cloves and mix with the balsamic vinegar, oregano and basil

Clean the mushroom caps and remove the stem

Brush the mushroom cap with the garlic and balsamic vinegar mixture and let it marinade for 15 minutes

Put the caps on the grill and cook for 5-8 minutes on each side brushing with the marinade periodically

Mince the remaining cloves of garlic, mix with the mayo and season with salt and pepper to taste to make the aoli

Once the mushroom caps are done, assemble the burgers. Spread the ciabatta buns with the garlic aoli and top with sliced tomato, mushroom cap and arugula.
