Slow Cooker Tater Tot Casserole
Time = 30 min prep + 6.5 hr cooking

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey, browned
- 1 can rotel tomatoes, mild or hot
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen tater tots (some places only sell 32 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small white or yellow onion, diced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- side salad (to accompany)
Directions

Brown beef. Once browned, add chopped onion and tomatoes.

Pour beef and onion mixture into slow cooker sprayed with PAM or similar.

Mix in cream of chicken soup and top with tater tots.

Cook on low for approx 6-7 hr.

Approx 30 min before serving, top tater tots with shredded cheese.

Serve with a crisp side salad.
