Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Time = 5 min prep + 4-7 hr cook

Ingredients
- 3, 14 oz cans chicken broth
- 1lb boneless sinless chicken breast or thights, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 package (6 oz) converted long-grain rice and wild rice mix, with seasoning package (NOT quick or instant rice)
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow or white onion
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- optional: fresh italian parsley (garnish)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except vinegar in slow cooker

Cover and cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or LOW for 6-7 hours

Add vinegar. Garnish and serve
