The Wet One
Ingredients
- 500 g all-purpose flour (125 g per pizza)
- 1 tbsp salt (4%)
- ΒΌ tsp dry yeast
- 350 mL water (70%)

Mix the flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.

Add the water and mix until well-combined.

Cover the bowl and let rise overnight at room temperature.
