Apple Cinnamon Bourbon
Ingredients
- 1 cup (42 g) dried apples
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 350 mL (330 g [1]) bourbon
Directions

Mix ingredients in a mason jar.

Infuse at room temperature for 3-5 days.
- Taste periodically to make sure the cinnamon flavor isn't too strong. If necessary, remove the cinnamon sticks and continue infusing.

Filter the infused vodka. Squeeze the apples a bit to wring out as much vodka as possible.
