Milk Tea with Boba
Ingredients
Boba:
- Instant tapioca pearls
Milk Tea:
- 235 g (1 cup) water, 100°C
- 5 bags black tea
- 85 g half and half
- 25 g maple syrup
- 113 g ice
Directions

Warm tapioca pearls as per instructions.

Steep tea for 4 min.
- Remove the teabags without squeezing them, to minimize bitterness.

Add the ice and stir until the ice is melted and the tea is cool.

Add the cream and syrup. Adjust the amount of syrup to taste.

Add the boba and (if desired) more ice.

Serve with a big straw!
