Milk Tea with Boba

Ingredients

Boba:

• Instant tapioca pearls

Milk Tea:

• 235 g (1 cup) water, 100°C
• 5 bags black tea
• 85 g half and half
• 25 g maple syrup
• 113 g ice

Directions

• Warm tapioca pearls as per instructions.

• Steep tea for 4 min.

  • Remove the teabags without squeezing them, to minimize bitterness.

• Add the ice and stir until the ice is melted and the tea is cool.

• Add the cream and syrup. Adjust the amount of syrup to taste.

• Add the boba and (if desired) more ice.

• Serve with a big straw!
