Milk Tea with Boba

Ingredients

Boba:

• Instant tapioca pearls

Milk Tea:

• 235 g (1 cup) water, 100°C
• 5 bags black tea
• 85 g half and half
• 113 g ice

Simple syrup:

• 6 tbsp brown sugar
• 3 tbsp water

Directions

• Warm tapioca pearls as per instructions.

• Steep tea for 4 min.

• Combine tea, boba, and cream. Add simple syrup to taste.
