Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients
- 115 g (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt

1-2 cups fruit, frozen or raw, e.g.:
- blueberry, apple
- blueberry, strawberry, banana
- blueberry, cherry
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
- Place yogurt and fruit in a plastic bag and freeze.
Directions

Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a blender.
