Mexican Rice
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth (2 tsp bouillon)

Heat oil in a medium saucepan.

Add rice, and cook until most of the grains are "puffy". Stir constantly.

Add the water (carefully!), tomato sauce, and spices. Stir to mix, then bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 20 min.
