Time = 5 min prep + 15 min bake

  1. Score the brie in a diamond cross-hatch pattern

  2. Spread 1-2 spoonfuls of fig jam evenly over the brie

  3. Top with fresh thyme and chopped nuts

  4. Bake in oven-safe pan at 350ºF for 10-15 min

  5. Serve
